A website that wins the valuation.

Buyers find listings on the portals. Sellers choose an agent. The site is for the seller: who you are, what you have sold nearby, what a valuation involves, and how to ask for one today.

Websites for estate agents in Ireland: a valuation request on every page, recently sold with the streets named, listings from your feed. Fixed price, live in days.

A valuation request, front and centre

The one form that matters. Address, type, when they are thinking of selling. Short, and on every page.

Recently sold, with the streets named

Nothing convinces a seller like a house two doors down that you sold last month. A sold page with photos and areas.

Listings that come from your feed

If you have a CRM or portal feed, the listings page reads from it. If not, we build it to add by hand. Either way the site never shows a sold house as available.

Can the site pull listings from my CRM?

Usually. Most agency CRMs and portals provide a feed. That is a custom integration we scope and quote after seeing what you use.

Should I show fees?

Yes. Sellers compare on fees before they call, and an agent who says the number reads as an agent with nothing to hide.

Do I need lettings pages as well?

If you do lettings, yes, with a landlord form of their own. The Business Website has room for both.
